Easiest Vegan Gluten Free Pizza Ever

make life simple AND wholesome at the SAME TIME

Fresh Tomato, Alfalfa Sprouts, & Olive “Mozzarella-Parmesan” Pizza

Artichoke & Olive “Mozzarella-Parmesan” Pizza

make life simple AND wholesome at the SAME TIME

INGREDIENTS - Fresh Tomato, Alfalfa Sprouts, & Olive “Mozzarella-Parmesan” Pizza:

INGREDIENTS - Artichoke & Olive “Mozzarella-Parmesan” Pizza:

Set you oven for 410 degrees. I used a pizza rack with holes for air flow. My oven fluctuates in temperature so it took 10 minutes for the Artichoke Pizza & about 15 minutes for the Fresh Tomato Pizza (because of the amount of water in the tomatoes & I piled a lot onto my pizza!) In your oven it might only take about 8 minutes so watch for the crust to get golden / start browning.

Fresh pizza tastes, smells, & is better for you. If you make it at home, you can make it exactly to your liking & trust me it is way better than the vegan & gluten free pizza I found in New York City & only about 25% to half of the cost (depending on the toppings you choose)!! It is half the cost to make your own over buying frozen (and you get 2X the pizza!!)

NEXT LEVEL:

To make or purchase the “cheeses” yourself through unprocessed means / raw materials.

NEXT NEXT LEVEL:

To make homemade sourdough / own preferred pizza crust dough.

DID YOU KNOW?

Shredded cheeses (yes, vegan & gluten free too) have been coated in materials such as actual sawdust / wood pulp / cellulose / anti-caking agent / calcium sulfate / calcium phosphate, etc. in order to stop them from loosing shape while in transit & melting during extreme enough temperature fluctuations. Read more from Eater Mag.

*Schär is a combination of three words: 1) Schar = flock / crowd / in droves, 2) scharf = sharp / hot (food) / to be into something, & 3) Schärfe = sharpness / rigor / focus (photography) - in German 🇩🇪
